Ammie is bi-lingual, speaking fluently both English and Vietnamese. She earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Mississippi College School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Mississippi College.
She serves on the MC Law Alumni Association Board and on the Mississippi Access to Justice through the Mississippi Bar. Ammie is licensed to practice law in the following courts: 1) All Mississippi Courts, such as Circuit, County, Justice, and Municipal; 2) Federal Court; and 3) Supreme Court of the United States.
Ammie is an active member of the Mississippi Bar, the Capital Area Bar Association, the Rankin County Bar Association, the Madison County Bar Association, and the Mississippi Association for Justice.
